Resolution - 2014 - 14-01 - Amending Republic Services Fee Schedule Pursuant To Waste Contract - 01/28/2014 RESOLUTION No. 14-01 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, AMENDING REPUBLIC SERVICES FEE SCHEDULE PURSUANT TO THE SOLID WASTE CONTRACT RECYCLING COLLECTION SERVICES AS STATED IN SECTION 4.2 A. "CUSTOMER RATES — ESTABLISHMENT" AND PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, public notice for a public hearing for these fees has been published in the Valley Times as required by Idaho Code; and WHEREAS, Section 4.2A "Customer Rates—Establishment" of the Solid Waste Contract between the City of Eagle and Allied Waste Services provides for fee adjustments according to the current Consumer Price Index ("CPI"); and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO: Section 1: That an annual rate adjustment based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) in the amount of .964% annually be added to the current amount billed per Republic Services Customer. Section 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption and approval. ADOPTED by the Eagle City Council, Eagle Idaho. This ,gam day of January 2014.
