owned by Ada County, a public agency, namely: For City to respond to the Ada
County Commissioners’ offer to sell the approximate 6.61 acres (BMX area) of the
Ada-Eagle Sports Complex to Eagle City at $4,000/ acre. Discussion may include
whether to ask for donation, purchase or lease of the BMX or other area of the Ada-
Eagle Sports Complex from Ada County.
