The regular meeting of the City of Eagle was held April
14, i974 at 7:30 P. N. Nrs. Gunderson and Attorney Cosho
were absent. The minutes were approved as read. John
Smidt made a motion to approve the treasurer's report
for Narch 1974. LeRoy Pearman seconded the motion.
John Smidt made a motion to approve the application of
Eagle Beverage Store for a beer and wine license. Elmer
Bacus seconded the motion.
John Smidt made a motion to accept the recommendation of
the Eagle Planing & Zoning Commission to not grant a
conditional use permit to Raymond B. Autry.
John Smidt made a motion to instruct the City Clerk to
proceed with the purchase of the Eagle Library on Nay
31, 1974 if it is approved by the County Commissioners
at their public hearing to be held Nay 31, 1974 at
2:00 P. ~.
John Smidt made a motion to instruct the City Clerk to
proceed with the legal notice of a public hearing to be
held June 11, 1974 at 7:30 Po M. by the Mayor and Council
of the City of Eagle in the City Hall. ~ncluded in this
public hearing will be the zoning map, zoning ordinance,
and master plan for the City of Eagle.
LeRoy Pearman made a motion to hire Paul Parks for yard
maintenance at the City Hall for $2.50 per week. John
Smidt seconded the motion.
There being no further business
the meeting was adjourned.
