AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 592, ADOPTED ON DECEMBER 11, 2007, TO DELETE SECTION 10; PROVIDING
FOR PUBLICATION BY SUMMARY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Eagle adopted Ordinance No. 592, approving the Eagle Urban
Renewal Plan for the Downtown and East End Urban Renewal Project; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council desire to amend Ordinance No. 592 to delete
Section 10 thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO THAT ORDINANCE NO. 592, ADOPTED ON DECEMBER 11,
2007, IS AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Ordinance No. 592 is amended by deleting Section 10 in its entirety as
follows:
Section 10: So long as any Agency bonds are outstanding, the City Council shall not
exorcise its power under Idaho Code Section 50 2006 to designate itself as the Agency
Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage,
approval and publication as required by law. In lieu of publication of the entire ordinance, a
summary thereof in compliance with Section 50-901A, Idaho Code, may be published.
