DISCUSSION WITH THE BOARD OF ADA COUNTY

COMMISSIONERS:
the potential purchase of the real property owned by the
County, commonly referred to as the Ada-Eagle Sports Complex, or any portion
thereof. Also to meet with the Board to discuss the parties’ willingness to
clarify and/or renegotiate the terms and conditions of the 2004 Lease
Agreement (Ada County Agreement No. 6905) and Addendum (Ada County
Agreement No. 6905-1-12) related to the Ada-Eagle Sports Complex.
