A oub!ic hearing was held December 30, 1975 at
7:30 at the Ea~le City Hall to hear a Variance Request
from Darrell Bjornson to construct a house and garage
in the flood plain.
Elmer Bacus made a motion that if ~[r. Bjornson
fulfills the requirements of the city, county, state,
and federal government concerning building in a flood
plain area that his variance be granted.
LeRoy Pearman seconded the motion.
Emily DeShazo and Doc House voted against the
motion.
The Mayor was called upon to break the tie. He
voted a~ainst the motion.
The variance was not granted.
