The regular meeting of the Eagle City Council was called to
order at 7:30 P. M., December 9, !975 by Mayor Adams.
Councilman Bacus was absent.
Doc House made a motion that the minutes of the previous
meeting be approved as written. Emily DeShazo seconded
the motion.
LeRoy Pearman made a motion to accept the treasurer's
report from November 1975. Emily DeShazo seconded the motion.
A letter of agreement was read from Smith Bailey & Hanson
Certified Public Accountants, requesting authority from
the council to audit the 197~ books. Emily DeShszo
made a motion that the mayor and clerk sign this letter
and a copy be entered into the minutes. LeRoy Fearman
seconded the motion.
LeRoy Bearman made a motion to set a public hearing
for a Variance Application submitted by Darrell Bjornson
for December 30, 197~ at ?:30 P. M, at the City Hall.
Doc House seconded the motion.
LeRoy ?earman made a motion to annex approximately 40
acres of land ov~ed by Warren Van Deusen. Doc House
seconded the motion.
Doc House made a motion to suggest that Mr. ~orley hire
the building inspector or other qualified person to
inspect the present structure and determine what is
necessary to bring it up to present code. After this
is done the council will again hear the matter on
house moving, LeRoy Pearman seconded the motion.
Mr. Bruce J. Leiser, County Engineer, made a presentation
to the council concerning setting up a house-numbering
coordinator for Eagle and vicinity. LeRoy Pearman made
a motion to table this matter until the, new council is
in office. Doc House seconded the motion. Emily DeShazo
voted against.
LeRoy Pearman made a motion that the council accepted the
recommendation from the Planning and Zoning Commission to
permit construction on Lot 8, Block 1, Eagle Ranch #2.
Doc House seconded the motion. Emily DeShazo abstained°

Doc House made a motion that the City of Eagle request
aerial composite, base map composite, and accompanying
overlays ie. water and sewer districts, zoning, and
city boundaries from the Ada Council of Governments.
LeRoy Pearman seconded the motion.
Doc House made a motion to approve the tentative plat
for Eagle Hills West and reserve the right to review the
final plat. LeRoy Pearman seconded the motion.
LeRoy Pearman made a motion that we dispense with the
rules and adopt Ordinance 25 which is a libr@ry
ordinance. Emily DeShazo seconded the motion.
There being no further business to come before the council
the meeting was adjourned at 9:40 P. M.
