November 10, 1975
The regular meeting of the Eagle City Council was called to
order at 7:30 P. M. November 10, 1975 by Mayor Adams.
The treasurer's report was accepted as printed and read.
Mayor Adams suggested that the sign ordinance be passed
as presented by the planning and zoning commission. Elmer
Bacus made a motion to table this for one month. Emily
DeShazo seconded the motion.
The votes of the election of November 4, 1975 were
canvassed as stated in Idaho Code 50-419. After canvassing
the votes, the official results were entered into the
minutes as follows:

LeRoy Pearman made a motion to grant permission to Mr. Bjornson
to build a three car garage on his property. Elmer Bacus
seconded the motion. The motion and second were withdrawn
before a vote was cast.
A resolution was read by Mayor Adams that was adopted by the
Board of Trustees of the Meridian School District. No action
was taken.
A letter was read from Warren VanDeusen requesting annexation
into the City of Eagle of approximately 40 acres. Doc House
made a motion to table this for further study requesting Mr.
VanDeusen to attend the next council meeting. Emily DeShazo
seconded the motion.

A letter from Sophia Cowman was read asking that her name
be removed from the Park and Recreation Commission.
Gary West said he would like to continue to serve if the
commission is reorganized.
An application was received from Roger Morley to move a
house into the city limits of Eagle. The council requeste~
time to adopt an ordinance or resolution concerning the
moving of houses.
There being no further business to come before the council,
the meetln~ was adjourned at 9 P. ~.
