I~OX 4?'/ · EAGLE, ID,~.HO October 22, 1975 The regular meeting of the Eagle City Council was called to order at ?:3© P. ~., October 22, 1975 by Mayor Adams. The minutes of September 2, 1975 were approved as read. Robert DeShazo and Barry ~arcus, attorney, the council reasons for the Eagle Ranch's for a PUC Certificate. explained to application Doc House made a motion to adopt a resolution authorizing filing of an application for the Eagle Park and Recreation Development. LeRoy Pearman seconded the motion. The council requested the Lion's Club to furnish information to the city on a workable agreement for park and facilities. Elmer Bacus made a motion that the forms and designs as presented by the Planning and Zoning Commission be used by the City. Doc House seconded the motion. Doc House made a motion to pass a resolution proclaiming a general city election to be held on November 4, 1975, designating the polling places, registrar and deputy registrar, and ordering the city clerk to give notice of such election. Elmer Bacus seconded the motion. Emily DeShazo made a motion that election judges and clerks, and salary be set as follows: Judge Florence Cullen Clerk Patty Hicks Clerk Nary Litty Salary $2.00 per hour Emily DeShazo made a motion that the clerk send a letter to the members of the Park Commission requesting them statztheir intent to the council as to how active they intend to be on the commission. LeRoy Pearman seconded the motion. The Building Inspector requested the council's decision on whether building permits would be submitted for each unit or a total unit for the Eagle Glen Townhouse. Council's decision: If units are sold seperatly, they are each required to have a seperate building permit° The following are recommendations from the Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission and council's action on each: Rezone application by Wilder Brothers for the corner of Highway 44 and Edgewood Lane. LeRoy Pearman seconded the motion. Sign Ordinance be passed. Elmer Bacus made a motion that this be tabled for i month while the attorney aquires a model ordinance that would be acceptable by the city. LeRoy Pearman seconded the motion. That the city schedule in their budget funds to hire Ron Graffstra, Comprehensive Planner, to prepare a comprehensive plan for the City of Eagle. Council requests further investigation and opportunity to hear proposal of work by Graffstra.
