A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, ESTABLISHING GALLERY
MAINTENANCE FEE FOR THOSE ARTISTS SEEKING TO HAVE THEIR WORK
DISPLAYED WITHIN GALLERIES THE EAGLE ARTS COMMISSION OVERSEES; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the members of the Eagle Arts Commission desire to establish a fee to assist
in offsetting the cost to administer the program; these costs include, but are not limited to,
administrative staff time, office supplies, promotional materials associated with the gallery, and
building maintenance costs;.
WHEREAS, public notice for a public hearing for such fees has been published in The
Valley Times as required by Idaho Code §63-1311A; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO as follows:
Section 1: That the City of Eagle hereby establishes a gallery maintenance fee of$20.00
per artist application submittal (per calendar year).
Section 3: That this resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its
adoption and approval.
