A special meeting of the Eagle City Council was called
by Nayor Adams July 22, 1975, to discuss widening the
commercial zone or South side of C. L. House property.
LeRoy Pearman was absent. Emily DeShazo acted as
secretary in the absence of the city clerk.
Elmer Bacus moved that we accept the zone change
from R5 to C on the Mitchell-House property. Emily
DeShazo seconded the motion. "Doc" House abstained.
LeRoy Pearman cast previous oral vote in favor.
There being no further business to come before the
council, the meeting was adjourned.
