The regular meeting of the Eagle City Council was
called to order at 7:30 P. N., Wednesday, June 4th, 1975 by
Nayor Adams.
The minutes were read and corrected: Nay 7th, Page
addition · reguarding Cole Corporation Development at
Edgewood Lane."
Emily DeShazo made a motion that the City of Eagle
print the building permits in the Journal of Commerce
monthly. Doc House seconded the motion.
LeRoy Pearman made a motion that the recreation
department persue the cost of resurfacing the tennis
courts in Eagle and report back to the council. Doc
House seconded the motion.
Emily DeShazo made a motion that the recreation
committee also consider making a softball diamond at the
park. LeRoy Pearman seconded the motion.
Doc House made a motion that the City of Eagle issue
Mr. Atkinson a permit for a fenced Emily DeShazo seconded
the motion.
Doc House made a motion to install a no parking sign
in front of Budget Furniture 30' from the corner. Emily
DeShazo seconded the motion.
Doc House made a motion to issue a variance permit
to W. E. Adams to place a trailer on the East 5 3/4 Acres
of the Adams Property. This permit is to be reviewed and
renewed annually.
Emily DeShazo made a motion to buy two Class A soda-
acid or water stream fire extinguishers to mount on the
walls in the library. LeRoy Pearman seconded the motion.
The Building Inspector asked the council whether
building permits for towuhouses should be issued individually
or as a unit. Doc House made a motion to table this matter
for further investigation. LeRoy Pearman seconded the motion.
There being no further business to come before the
council, the meeting was adjourned.
