The regular meeting of the Eagle City Council was held
Nay 7, 1975 at 7:30 Po N. at the city hall. LeRoy Pearman
was absent°
Elmer Bacus made a motion to accept the minutes of the
previous meeting as written. Doc House seconded the
motion.
Elmer Bacus made a motion that we table the Atkinson
building permit until the attorney is present to advise
us on the matter° Doc House seconded the motion.
Gary West representing the park and recreation commission
gave a report on bids received by that department for
ground maintenance at the park° Emily DeShazo made a
motion to accept the park commission recommendation to
hire Orville Krassen of 0o K,'Service in Eagle. Nr.
Krasffen will be paid $20.00 a week to mow, water' and pick
up grass clippings. This amount to be paid monthly, or
more often upon request. Elmer Bacus seconded the motion.
Elmer Bacus made a motion that we ask Phyllis Terry,
Personnel Programs from the Association of Idaho Cities
to prepare an IPA Classification & Pay Plan Study and
Recommendation for the City of Eagle employees. Emily
DeShazo seconded the motion.
Emily DeShazo made a motion to accept the planning and
zoning recommendation that the city of Eagle proceed
with the necessary steps to bring the interesection of
Highway 69 and 44 up to the minimum parking standards°
Doc House seconded the motion.
Elmer Bacus made a motion that the parking meter located
on Highway 44 be removed and stored° Doc House seconded
the motion°
Doc House made a motion to adopt the Revenue Sharing
Resolution and send a copy to our Congressional dele-
gation. Elmer Bacus seconded the motion.
Emily DeShazo asked that the violations of Budget
Furniture and True Value 0il Company against Ordinance
3-10.2 of the existing Sign Ordinance be entered
into the minutes.

Elmer Bacus made a motion that we not notify the violators
of the sign ordinance until said ordinance had been
ammended. Doc House seconded the motion.
Elmer Bacus made a motion to limit house numbering
by the City of Eagle to within the corporate limits
of the city. Emily DeShazo seconded the motion.
Doc House abstained. The motion was vetoed by the
seconded the motion.
Emily DeShazo made a motion to present the Taylor
application to the building inspector for comments.
Doc House seconded the motion.
Elmer Bacus made a motion to table the street
improvements by the Ada County Highway District, and to
obtain the required measurements and specific cost of
this improvement of gravel for the projects. Emily
DeShazo seconded the motion.
Emily DeShazo stated her objection to the sewer boards
use of the citys facilities without first requesting
permission.
There being no further business to come before the
council the meeting was adjourned.
