April 16, 1975
A special meeting of the Eagle City Council was called
to order at 7:30 P. N. April 16, 1975 by Mayor Adams.
The board members of the Eagle Sewer District were in
attendance. Guests were Mr. and Mrs. Barber, Sewer
Engineer Briggs, and David Sanders from the Department
of Health and Welfare.
Mr. and Mrs. Barber asked the council for a ruling on
the Atkinson fence built next to them. Finding no legal
ordinance prohibiting such a fence Doc House made a motion
to talk to Mr. Atkinson and ask him to reduce the height
of the fence to 4 foot. LeRoy Pearman seconded the
motion. Elmer Bacus and Emily DeShazo abstained. Mayor
voted aye to pass motion.
A discussion with the sewer board involving grants and
equipment was held.
Elmer Bacus made a motion to adjourn the meet~g at
8:55 P. M.
