A special meeting of the City of Eagle was held Wednesday,
January 29, 1975. LeRoy Pearman, chairman of the council,
presided over the meeting in the absence of Nayor Adams.
John Smidt made a motion the minutes be approved as read.
Elmer Bacus seconded the motion.
John Smidt made a motion to appoint the city clerk to
contact 'Doc' House and ask him to make a presentation
to the council at the next regular meeting to be held
February 5, 1975. The clerk is also to examine any other
property possibilitys and report to the council. Elmer
Bacus seconded the motion.
Elmer Bacus made a motion to table any further discussion
on property until Mr. House makes his report. John Smidt
seconded the motion.
Elmer Bacus made a motion that the office of city hall
move to the library building by April 1, 1975, and that
we continue to rent from Mayor Adams during January,
February, and Narch, the present city hall, for $100.00
a month. John Smidt seconded the motion.
Chairman Pearman appointed John Smidt to act as a rep-
resentative from the council in the progression of an
office to be built in the library building.
There being no further business to come before the council,
the meeting was adjourned.
