The executive session of the Eagle City Council was called
to order at 7:30 P. N. October 11, 1976 by Mayor Deckard.
Brad Herrick was absent.
LeRoy Pearman made a motion that the minutes of the previous
meeting stand approved as written. Ted Arnold seconded
the motion.
Floyd Decker and ~arty Peterson from the Association of
Idaho Cities spoke with the council on grants.
The Annexation Ordinance 1976 was read for the first time.
There being no further business to come before the council,
the meeting was adjourned.
