Ted Arnold made a motion to accept the minutes of the
previous meeting of August 21, 1976 as printed. Fred
Lowe seconded the motion°
A third reading of Ordinance No. 27 amending Ordinance No.
? Section 3-117; to change the time and place of meetings.
Ted Arnold made a motion to adopt and print Ordinance 27
and Fred Lowe seconded the motion.
~.~ A third reading of Ordinance 29, Section 4-101 to change
~'~ th~ offlce~newsoaper for the C~ty of Eagle. Ted Arnold
made a motion to adopt and print 0rd~nance No. 28 nd
LeRoy Pearman seconded the motion.
LeRoy Pearman made a motion to proceed with the writing
of an annexation ordinance: Proceeding E on Highway 44
from the present city limits, N on Edgewood to Floating
Feather, W on Floating Feather to the present city limits,
excluding the Eagle Hills Golf Course and the Chase
Property. This annexation will be known as the Eagle
East annexation. Fred Lowe seconded the motion.
Fred Lowe made a motion to adopt Resolution #4-76
providing for the issuance of tax anticipation notes in
the amount of $2000.00 for a period of t~ime from September
30, 1976 to December 31, 1976. Ted Arnj~d seconded the
motion.
