BOX 4?? · EAGLE, ID~.HO fl3616 August 10, 1976 The regular meeting of the Eagle City Council was called to order by LeRoy Pearman at 7,30 P. N. on August 10, 1976. Nayor Deckard and Judy Nendiola were absent. A motion was made by Brad Herrlck to declare Nonday, August 16, 1976 as Orville Jackson Day in Eagle° Ted Arnold seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous. The ordinances #27 and #28 were read to the council. Nr. Nanweiller, an attorney representing Nr. and Nrs. Gary ~arshall and ~r. Crisp presented sales tax records, Idaho Power bills, and business licenses to substantiate the grandfather rights of the Narshall property to aid the appeal to the council. The city attorney, ~r. Samuelson, voiced the legal rights of the city. After much discussion Ted Arnold made a motion that the Crisp permit request be investigated as thoroughly as possible and a special meeting be held on August 24 at 7:30 P. N. Fred Lowe seconded the motion° It was suggested to annex Downing Downs, Bakers Acres and the golf course excluding the club house° Ted Arnold made a motion to accept ~rs. Andersons request to serve on the library board another term. Brad Herrick seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous. Notify Jerry Breaux at Eagle Hills Golf Course on any activity pertaining to the annexation of the golf course. The monthly bills were read and paid by the council.
