A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY IDAHO, REMOVING THE
RESTRICTION FOR A MINIMUM INTERVAL FOR SUBMISSION OF COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
AMENDMENT APPLICATIONS;AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, The City Council wishes to establish a policy for the consideration of applications for
comprehensive plan map and text amendments to coordinate with Idaho Code,Title 67,Chapter 65,
Section 9; and
WHEREAS,The City Council recognizes that the current.City process under Resolution 10-23 does not
provide adequate timing and responsiveness to the City and community's needs;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE,
IDAHO AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The City repeals Resolution 10-23;
Section 2: The City will not have an official application submittal cut-off date for comprehensive plan
amendments.
Section 3: This resolution does not replace or remove any neighborhood meeting requirements and or
public notification requirements as established in Eagle City Code or Idaho Code.
Section 4: This Resolution shall become effective as of the date of its passage.
