CU-03-13/PPUD-03-13/PP-05-13 – Snoqualmie Falls Subdivision No. 4 – Horseshoe Flats, B. LLC: Horseshoe Flats, LLC, represented by Becky McKay with Engineering Solutions, LLP, is requesting a conditional use, preliminary development plan, and preliminary plat approvals for Snoqualmie Falls Subdivision No. 4, a 55-lot (43 buildable and 12 common) residential subdivision.
