as wzitten. Ted Arnold seconded the motion.
LeRoy Pearman moved the City of Eagle recommend denial of a Conditional
Use Application for Fidelity Holding Co. to construct a Planned Unit
Development (Middlebrook) because of the following reasons:
The Eagle Sewer District should not extend beyond the
City limits of Eagle until such time as all the citizens
of Eagle are serviced by that sewer district.
The Meridian School District is now beyond its capacity,
and the donation of one school site by Middlebrook would not
aleviate the influx of children from that area.
The bridges on Eagle Road are extremely narrow and there
is a great deal of congestion of traffic at the corner of
Highway 69 and 44.
D. A large commercial growth in Middlebrook would be very detrimental
to the City of Eagle.

Thelma Taylor; clerks, Tracy Brow~ and Kathy Becket. LeRoy Pearman
