A special meeting of the Eagle City Council was called to order at
7:30 P. M. on August 25, 1977 by Mayor Deckard.
A public hearing was held on the 1977 - 1978 budget to run from
October 1, 1977 - September 30, 1978.
Ordinance No. 38 "An or~!mamce aaking an appropriation ~f m ney for all
the necessary expenses and liabilities of the City of Eagle, Ada
County, Idaho for the fiscal year commencing the first day of October,
1977, and ending the thirtieth day of September, 1978" received its
first reading.
LeRoy Pearman moved that the council dispense with the rules and
adopt Ordinance No. 38. Ted Arnold seconded the motion.
A roll call vote was taken: Arnold, aye; Herrick, aye; Lowe, aye;
Pearman, aye.
There being no further business to,me before the council, the
meeting was adjourned.
