A special meeting of the Eagle City Council was called to order
at 7:30 P. M., August 16, 1977 by Mayor Deckard.
Minutes of the previous meeting will be read at the next regularly
scheduled meeting.
This special meeting concerned a rezone request by Robert
Haskin to build a bowling alley in the area of impact of the
City of Eagle.
Guests in the audience that spoke were: Merrill, Augustus,
Farnsworth, Earls, Henderson, Haskins, Cling, Creed, Duncan and Harris.
LeRoy Pearman moved the council recommend to the county commissioners
denial because of the type of location at this particular time. Fred
Lowe seconded the motion. Brad Herrick voted against the motion.
There being no further business to come before the council, the
meeting was adjourned.
