A special meeting of the Eagle City Council was called to order
at 7:30 P, Ho on March 22, 1977 by Mayor Deckard.

Mayor Deckard read the recommendation from the Planning & Zoning
Commission concerning the Bevingtoa rezone to the conncil. It stated
the Planning and Zoning Commission .recommended approval and acceptance of
the Bevin~ton Rezone from agriculture to
Fred Love moved the council rezone the BevinEton parcel from
agriculture to R-$. LeRoy Pearman seconded the motion.
The legal description of the land that was resoned is as follow~:
"The W 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 9, Township
4 North~ Range 1 East, Boise Heridian, Ada County, Idaho and that
portion of the eW 1/4 of the ~E 1/4 of Section 9, Township 4
North, Range 1 East, Boise Meridian, Ada County, Idaho.
The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended ~o the City Council
that a moratorium be placed on all variance requests, annexations,
conditional use applications and rezone applications until completion
of the comprehensive plan or January 1, 1978 whichever is sooner,
and at that tt~e the moratorium would be reviewed.
LeEoy Pea=man moved the discussion of a moratorium be tabled
until the uaxt mmeting whiehwill be April 12, 197~° Brad
~errick second~ the motion.
Ordinance 934, annexation of Eagle Hills No. 3 & 4, was read
for the first time.
There being no further business to come before the council,
the meetingwas adjourned.
