A special meeting of the Eagle City Council was called to
order by Mayor Deckard on Ocboer 30, 1978 at 7:30 P. M.
K~ASEN was absent.
Mayor Deckard read a unanimous recommendation from the Eagle
Planning and Zoning Commission that the city council, within
15 days of October 21, 1978, appeal to the county commissioners
the ~ecision of the Ada County Planning and Zoning Commission
on the Quinn Robbins application for a Conditional Use Permit.
Moved by PEARMAN and seconded by ARNOLD that the city council
recommend that the county commissioners deny the conditional
use permit of Quinn Robbins on the grounds that it does not
meet the Eagle Comprehensive Plan and there was no recreation
plan submitted.
Motion resulted as follows: AYE: ARNOLD, PEARMAN, POLLARD.
Motion carried.
Councilman POLLARD tendered his resignation verbally to the
council as he has moved outside the city limits and said that
a written resignation would be forthcoming.
