A special meeting of the Eagle City Council was called to
order at 7:30 P. M. by Mayor Deckard on August 29, 1978.
Present: KRASEN, PEARMAN and POLLARD. Excused: ARNOLD
The Mayor announced that this is the time and place for
a public hearing to be held on the 1978-1979 budget.
The chair hearing no testimony called for the question.
Moved by KRASEN and seconded by PEARMAN that the City of
Eagle adopt the fiscal year budget for 1979 and certify
an amount of $24,629.42 to the county commis%ioners
required from a property tax to be levied in the City
of Eagle.
Motion resulted as follows: AYES: KRASEN, PEARMAN
and POLLARD. Motion carried.
