A special meeting of the Eagle City Council was called
to order by Mayor Deckard on May 18, 1979 at 6:00 P. M.
ARNOLD, KRASEN, PEARMAN were present.
The purpose of the meeting was to d~uss a Condii~onal
Use Application of Hosac Brothers, Inc.
A letter was read into the minutes from Mayor Deckard
to the Ada County Zoning Commission, dated April 25,
1979.
Moved by ARNOLD and seconded by KRASEN to clarify the
actions taken by the Eagle City Council on the regular
meeting of April 10th, and the special meeting of
April 24th that the Ada County Zoning Commission be
notified that the City of Eagle recommends disapproval
of the Hosac Development, Eagle Hill Greens, because
of the reasons stated in the Eagle City Council minutes
of both the April 10th and April 24th meetings.
Roll call on the motion resulted as follows: AYE:
ARNOLD, KRASEN, PEARMAN. Motion carried.
