April 16, 2002
1. CALL TO ORDER: Mayor called the meeting to order at 6:45 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL: BASTIAN, MERRILL, SEDLACEK, GUERBER. Merrill is absent. A
quorum is present.
Present from Staff: Mike Mongelli and Jeff Lowe.
3. DISCUSSION ITEM:
A. Discussion regarding new city hall project.
Tom Zabala, ZGA: Tom provides Council an overview of what they are looking at for more
definition on scheme gl. They need to know the City's perception on image, prominence and etc.
on the building architecture.
Tom introduces Josh Cardenas, a new member of their staff who will be working on the project.
Cathy Sewell, ZGA: Displays a site layout showing the parking and city hall configuration and
discusses the same. General discussion.
Cathy displays a board that has different architecture exterior and interior designs and discusses
the architecture of the city hall. General discussion.
4. AD~IOURNMENT:
Mayor adjourns the meeting at 7:00 p.m.
