Special Meeting Minutes
March 25, 2002
1. CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Yzaguirre calls the meeting to order at 3:10 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL: MERRIIJ., BASTIAN, SEDLACEK, GUERBER. Bastian is
absent. A quomm is present.
Bud Way, Wells Fargo Bank, is present at the meeting.
3. DISCUSSION ITEM:
A. Discussion regarding new city hall project. Tom Zabala and Cathy Sewell, ZGA
Architects. Tom distributes a Project Directory, Preliminary Schedule, Preliminary
Project Budget, and a Space Needs Assessment.
General discussion on the city hall project.
4. ADJOURNMENT:
Sedlacek moves to adjourn. Seconded by Merrill. ALL AYE: MOTION
CARRIES .....................
Hearing no further business, the Council meeting adjourned at 5:30 p.m.
