Joint Meeting ACHD Commissioners
March 5, 2002
1. CALL TO ORDER: ACHD President David E. Wynkoop
2. ROLL CALL: Mayor confirms that a quorum of the Eagle City Council is present with
Council Members Merrill, Sedlacek and Guerber in attendance.
3. Status of Impact Fee Legislation: ACHD (Brokaw) Mr. Brokaw discusses the status of the
impact fee legislation and how it is going to affect the revenues of AHCD. General discussion.
Council Member Bastian arrives at the meeting.
4. Discussion of Plaza Drive Extension: Discussion on the extension of Plaza Drive and the
need for the roadway to be a collector.
Discussion on scheduling a joint meeting April 9, 2002, at noon, AHCD, to discuss Plaza Drive
extension.
5:20 p.m. ACHD Commissioners call an Executive Session.
5:30 p.m. Eagle City Council reconvenes their meeting in the ACHD Commission Hearing
Room for discussion on the amendments to HB607.
5:40 p.m. Council Member Guerber leaves the meeting.
Further discussion on HB607.
Bastian moves to direct the City Attorney to draft a letter to the Senate Local Government
& Taxation Committee in support of the AHCD Amendment to HB607. Seconded by
Merrill. Discussion. TWO: AYES: ONE ABSTAIN: MOTION CARRIES ...................

Bastian moves to adjourn. Seconded by Sedlacek. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIES...
