CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Yzaguirre called the meeting to order at 5:30
ROLL CALL: BASTIAN, MERRII J ,, SEDLACEK, GUERBER. All present.
A quorum is present.
3. EXECUTIVE SESSION: Personnel, I.C. 67-2345(a)
Guerber moves to go into Executive Session for the discussion of personnel, I.C. 67-
2345(a). Seconded by Merrill. Bastian: AYE; Merrill: AYE; Sedlacek: AYE;
Guerber: AYE: ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIES ....................
City Council conducts architect interviews and discusses personnel issues.
CITY COUNCIL LEAVES EXECUTIVE SESSION
Bastian moves to select ZGA Architects and Planners to be the designers and
architect on the new city hall project provided that Tom Zabala is the principal in
charge and Kathy Sewell as the project manager. Seconded by Merrill. ALL AYE:
MOTION CARRIES ..................
City Council reviews the fee structure proposal from ZGA.
Discussion on the selection of the construction manager for the city hall project.
