1. CALL TO ORDER:
2. ROLL CALL: MERRILL, BASTIAN, SEDLACEK, GUERBER. All present.
A quorum is present.
3. PUBLIC HEARINGS:
A. Proposed Fiscal Year 2001/2002 Budget:
Mayor introduces the issue.
Mayor opens the Public Hearing.
Mayor gives a review of the proposed budget.
Mayor swears in Mark Butler.
Mark Butler, 1640 Washam Rd., discussion on the Cultural and Arts funding. My wife
is on the Arts Commission and I am helping her with this. ! am wondering what you are
looking for in public art. General discussion. Discussion on 2nd Street Neighborhood
Enhancement project. Discussion on SAG-9. General discussion.
Mayor swears in Dr. Liz Horn, 84 Fruitwood Place, President of the Library Board,
discusses the transfer from the General Fund to the Library Fund for last fiscal year.
Discussion on salary requests from the Library Board. General discussion.
Mayor closes the Public Hearing.
General Council discussion.
4. NEW BUSINESS:
A. Ordinance No. 398: Annual appropriation ordinance for Fiscal Year 2001/2002
Mayor introduces the issue.
General discussion.
Guerber moves, pursuant to Idaho Code, Section 50-902, that the rule requiring
Ordinances to be read on three different days with one reading to be in full be dispensed
with, and that Ordinance #398 be considered after being read once by title only. Guerber
reads Ordinance #398 by title only. Seconded by Merrill. ALL AYE: MOTION

B. Ordinance No. 399: An Ordinance Of The City Of Eagle, Idaho, Amending Section
1-5-3, Eagle City Code, To Provide For Annual Salaries For The Mayor And Council,
And Providing Effective Date.
Mayor introduces the issue.
General discussion.
