FP-12-01 - Final Plat for Eagle Forum Subdivision - Waldron/Graham/Eagle Gravel Corp.: Waldron/Graham/Eagle Gravel Corp., represented by Mark Butler with Land Consultants, Inc., is requesting final plat approval for Eagle Forum Subdivision The 5.95-acre, 5-lot commercial subdivision is located east of Eagle Pavilion Shopping Center at the southeast comer of 2~d Street and Cedar Ridge Drive. CU-1-01 - Early Childhood Education Childcare Center - Alei & Cai Gothberg: Early Childhood Education Center represented by Alei & Cai Gothberg, are requesting conditional use approval to provide a specialized individual child care and education facility for pre- school age children. The 2,497 sq. ft. building is located on the south side of East State Street approximately 1,125-feet west of Edgewood Lane, at 1275 E. State Street. (WEV) VAC-2-01 - Vacation to the final plat of Merrill Subdivision No. 1 and No. 2 - Rocky Mountain Fitness & Recreation Center: Rocky Mountain Fitness & Recreation Center LLC and others, represented by Peter Lounsbury with Quadrant Consulting, is requesting City approval of a vacation to the final plat of Merrill Subdivision No. 1 and No. 2 to remove the utility, drainage and irrigation easements along the side lot lines of Lots 3 and 4, Block 3 (Merrill Subdivision No. 1) and Lots 6, 8, 9, 11, 14,15, Block 3, and Lots 1 through 6, Block 4, (Merrill Subdivision No. 2) to satisfy multiple lot line adjustments. The utility, drainage and irrigation easement required for all side lot lines will be satisfied with the creation of new easements along the side lot lines of each new lot. A platted 25-foot wide access easement located on the common side lot line of Lots 2 and 3, Block 4 and common lot lines of Lots 2 and 4, Block 4 of Merrill Subdivision No. 2 is to be vacated and relocated to the common side lot line between the new parcels labeled "A" and "B".
