Subdivision. The 4.64-acre, 15-lot (13-buildable, 2-cormmon) residential subdivision is
located on the south side of East Floating Feather Road, approximately 900-feet west of

E. Resolution 01-06: A resolution authorizing a limited conflict of interest waiver and

F. Re-appointment to the Development Impact Fee Committee: The Mayor is requesting
Council confirm the re-appointment of Ted Martinez and John Hendricks to the above-
mentioned cmmmittee. They will both be serving 2 year terms. (RY)

Eagle City Code By Amending Title 8, Chapter 9, And Creating A New Title 2, Chapter 6,
Entitled Historical Preservation Commission And Providing An Effective Date. This item was
continued from the April 24, 2001 meeting. (SKM)
B..Ordinance 386: An Ordinance Establishing The Maximum Speed Limit On City Streets
Within The City Of Eagle, Idaho; Establishing Maximum Speed Limits For Idaho Highway 44
(Alternate Route) And A Portion Of Eagle Road Within The City Of Eagle; Providing For The
Posting Of Speed Limits In Accordance With Law; Providing For Penalty; And Providing An
Effective Date. (SEB & RY) This item was continued from the February 13, 2001 meeting.

A. RZ-18-00 - Rezone from R-4 to MU -DA - Brenden Clements: Brenden Clements,
represented by James Gipson, is requesting a rezone from R-4 (Residential up to four dwelling
units per acre) to MU-DA (Mixed Use with Development Agreement). The 1.60-acre site is
on the southwest comer of North Eagle Road and Floating Feather Road at 1177 North Eagle

NEW BUSINESS:
A. 01-04-ZC/01-05-S - Rezone from RUT (Rural Urban Transition) to R2 (Low Density
Residential - 2-units per acre); and Preliminary Plat for Sedona Creek Subdivision -
John Evans: John Evans is requesting a rezone from RUT (Rural Urban Transition) to R2
(Low Density Residential) and preliminary plat approval for Sedona Creek Subdivision, a
35.1 l-acre, 56-1ot (52-buildable) residential subdivision located on the east side of Linder
Road approximately 400-feet north of State Highway 44. This site is located in the Eagle
Area of Impact. (WEV)
B. AA-2-01 - Appeal of Zoning Administrator and Building Official's decision to require
the lowering of a portion of a residential building roof section which exceeds the 35-foot
maximum height limitation - Windsor Homes: Windsor Homes, represented by Mark L.
Butler with Land Consultants Inc., is requesting City Council approval of an appeal of the
Zoning Administrator and Building Official's decision to require the lowering of a portion of a
residential building roof section which exceeds the 35-foot high maximum height limitation.
