Stacia Patterson, represented by Mark Butler with Land Consultants Inc., is requesting design review approval of the landscaping within the common areas of Picadilly Subdivision. The site is located on the southwest comer of Highway 55 and Hill Road. (WEV) F. Findings and Conclusions for CU-16-00 - The Family TableT Inc.: The Family Table, Inc., represented by Christopher A. Heindel, is requesting conditional use approval to provide a supervised group home to serve as a community-based transitional home for local youth. The 33-acm site is located on the south side of State Highway 44 and east of the intersection with Park Lane. (WEV) I. Findings and Conclusions for CU-22-00 - Key Bank.: Key Bank, represented by Roger Foster with BRS Architects, is requesting conditional use approval to construct a 5,300- square foot bank facility with drive-up service (for ATM machine only) within the C-l- DA (Neighborhood Business District with Development Agreement). The site is located on the north side of Chinden Boulevard approximately 300-feet east of Eagle Road at 3314 E. Chinden Boulevard (located in the Eagle Country Plaza Shopping Center). (WEV) J. The 52.3-acre, 149-1ot (143-buildable) residential subdivision is located west of State Highway 55 generally north of Hill Road. V-l-00 - Variance to allow existing historical building to be located in the front yard setback of primary residence - Clay Hagewood: Clay Hagewood is requesting City approval of a variance to construct a second single-family dwelling unit (to be used as the primary residence) and to allow the existing building (currently used as a residence) to remain in place and used as an accessory structure only. The site is located on the west side of Eagle Road approximately V2 mile N. of Floating Feather Road at 1865 N. Eagle Road. (WEV) C. LS-1-01 - H&P Land Co, L.C.: H & P Land Co., L.C. represented by Barry Peters, is requesting approval of a lot split for the creation of two lots located on the west side of Eagle Glen Lane approximately 200-feet north of State Street at 101 Eagle Glen Lane. (WEV) B. 00-70-CU - Eagle Family Worship Center - Eagle Family Worship Center Assembly of God: Eagle Family Worship Center is requesting conditional use approval to construct a 22,105-square foot church facility. The 6.88-acre site is located on the south side of Floating Feather Road approximately 1000-feet east of Linder Road on West Weldon Park Road. This site is located in the Eagle Area of Impact.
