Eagle River LLC: Per City Council request, all design review applications are to be
appealed by the Zoning Administrator to the City Council for their review prior to the
action taken by the Design Review Board on an application beingfinal. Eagle River
LLC, represented by Phil Hull with the Land Group, is requesting design review
approval for subdivision signage and for a portion of common area landscaping within
Eagle River Subdivision. This Phase I landscaping plan is limited to the landscaping
along the interior streets and within the common areas along and adjacent to Eagle Road
and State Highway 44. The site is located on the southeast corner of Eagle Road and

D. DR-72-00 - Multi-Tenant Office Building (Addition) - Old Town I, LLC: Per City
Council request, all design review applications are to be appealed by the Zoning
Administrator to the City Council for their review prior to the action taken by the Design
Review Board on an application beingfinal. Old Town I, LLC, represented by Mark
Butler, is requesting design review approval to construct a 646-square foot addition to an
existing 816-square foot office building, creating a multi-tenant office building. The site

Subdivision. The 4.29-acre, 14-lot residential subdivision is located on the south side of
East Floating Feather Road approximately 220-feet west of Eagle Hills Way.(WEV)
