Eagle River LLC, represented by Phil Hull with the Land Group, is requesting design review approval for subdivision signage and for a portion of common area landscaping within Eagle River Subdivision. This Phase I landscaping plan is limited to the landscaping along the interior streets and within the common areas along and adjacent to Eagle Road and State Highway 44. The site is located on the southeast corner of Eagle Road and Highway 44. (WEV) D.
