3 EXECUTIVE SESSION:

Merrill moves to go into executive session for the discussion of threatened litigation.

Council discusses threatened litigation.
Council leaves Executive Session.
Bastian moves to direct legal council to prepare a letter of notice to Rocky Mountain
Business Park Owners that contains statements that all building permits, all occupancy
requests and plan reviews will immediately cease unless or until the safety violations are
remedied and directs City Staff to meet with Rocky Mountain Business Park owners to
develop a compliance plan for the completion of the ranch building and completion of all
other requirements of the PUD. Seconded by Guerber. THREE AYES: MERRILL
