1. CALL TO ORDER:
2. ROLL CALL: Bastian, Merrill, Sedlacek, Guerber. All present. A quorum is present.
3. EXECUTIVE SESSION:
A. Personnel Matters: Idaho State Code 67-2345 (a) or (b)
Mayor: We have convened today to review the applications for the Zoning Administrator
position. I would entertain a motion to go into Executive Session.
Bastian moves to go into Executive Session for the discussion of personnel. Seconded by
Merrill. Bastian: AYE; Merrill: AYE; Sedlacek: AYE; Guerber: AYE: ALL AYE:
MOTION CARRIES ....................
City Council has left Executive Session.
Guerber has left the meeting. A quorum is present.
Mayor: We need to amend the Agenda.
Sedlacek moves to add to the Agenda the Application for Permit for Possession and/or
Consumption of Alcohol Beverages by daVinci's, Pat Telleria. Seconded by Bastian. ALL
AYE: MOTION CARRIES ................
Merrill moves to add discussion of Design Review for the Eagle Elementary School to the
Agenda. Seconded by Sedlacek. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIES ......................
4. Application for Permit for Possession and/or Consumption of Alcohol Beverages for
daVinci's~ Pat Telleria.
Mayor introduces the issue.
General discussion.
Sedlacek moves to approve the Application for Permit for Possession and/or Consumption
of Alcohol Beverages for daVinci's, Pat Telleria. Seconded by Bastian. ALL AYE:

5. Discussion of Design Review for Eagle Elementary School.
Mayor introduces the issue.
Merrill: There was a letter from the Architect for Eagle Elementary Schools. They are adding a
kitchen addition to the school. I was not at that meeting and in the letter they said that I was.
General discussion on Design Review Applications for Eagle Elementary School.
6. ADJOURNMENT:
Sedlacek moves to adjourn. Seconded by Merrill. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIES...
