RESOLUTION NO. 13-06
A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE FY 2013 TRANSPORTATION ALTERNATIVES
PROGRAM APPLICATION SUBMITTAL FOR THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF
THE DRY CREEK PATHWAY PROJECT BY THE CITY OF EAGLE TO COMPASS AND
THE IDAHO TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT. TOTAL PROJECT COST ESTIMATE
IS $221,000 WHICH WILL REQUIRE $17,680 OF LOCAL MATCHING FUNDS FROM THE
CITY OF EAGLE.
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the City of Eagle City Council to design and construct a pedestrian
trail along Dry Creek from State Street to the existing pedestrian trail south of Highway 44.
WHEREAS, the City of Eagle intends to submit the required application to obtain Federal-Aid
funds in order to make the improvements, as described above.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Eagle City Council, as follows:
Section 1.-That the City of Eagle will submit an application to the Fiscal Year 2013
Transportation Alternative Program for the design and construction of the Dry Creek Pathway of
$221,000 utilizing a local match of$17,680.
Section 2.—That this Resolution is effective upon its passage and approval and that the Mayor is
authorized to sign this Resolution and the application subject hereto.
