CALL TO ORDER BY CHAIRMAN BISTERFELDT
ROLL CALL CITY OF EAGLE: MERRILL, BASTIAN, SEDLACEK, GUERBER.
BASTIAN IS ABSENT. A QUORUM IS PRESENT.
ROLL CALL ADA COUNTY COMMISSIONERS: BISTERFELDT, WALKER,
SIMMONS: ALL PRESENT.
3. UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
Ada County/Eagle Sports Complex Joint Powers Agreement
General discussion between Eagle City Council, Mayor, Ada County Commissioners, City Attorney, Ada
County Attorney and parties present.
Merrill moves to enter into the Joint Powers Agreement between Ada County and the City of Eagle
for the Skateboard Park and authorizes the Mayor to sign the Agreement, and that the City of
Eagle will continue their commitment to the establishment of a Recreation District for parks and
pathways. Seconded by Gnerber. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIES ..........
Walker moves to enter into the Joint Powers Agreement with the City of Eagle as set forth in the
Agreement before us today. Seconded by Simmons. Discussion. ALL AYE: MOTION
CARRIES .........
