1. CALL TO ORDER:
2. ROLL CALL: Bastian, Merrill, Sedlacek, Guerber. Bastian and Guerber are not present.
A quorum is not present.
Mayor: We don't have a quorum so this meeting will have to be continued. The City Clerk
will schedule the meeting after talking to Council Members tomorrow.
3. NEW BUSINESS:
A. Awarding of contract for personal computers at new Library.
B. Awarding of Personal Services Contract for computer network installation and network
maintenance for the new Library.
C. US West Agreement: New frame relay for new Library site.
4. ADJOURNMENT:
moves to adjourn. Seconded by . ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIES...
