Outstanding Requirements: `Occupancy Request' form with P&Z signature (copy enclosed) and Final Building Inspection. The building is in violation of the 2009 International Building Code as follows: Section 111-Cerificate of Occupancy 111.1 Use and Occupancy. No building or structure shall be used or occupied, and no change in the existing occupancy classification of a building or structure or portion thereof shall be made until the building official has issued a certificate of occupancy therefor as provided herein. Issuance of a certificate of occupancy shall not be construed as an approval of a violation of the provisions of this code or of other ordinances of the jurisdiction. The building is in violation of the Eagle City Code as follows: 8-7-2: Zoning Permits and Certificate of Occupancy: B. Certificate of Occupancy: 1. Certificate Of Occupancy Required: It shall be unlawful to use or occupy or permit the use or occupancy of any building or premises, or both, or part thereof thereafter created, erected, changed, converted or wholly or partly altered or enlarged in its use or structure until a certificate of occupancy shall have been issued therefor by the Administrator stating that the proposed use of the building or land conforms to the requirements of this Title and with all conditional provisions that may have been imposed.
