The 14.5 -acre site is located approximately 1,600-feet east of Edgewood Lane and abuts Chaumont Subdivision No. 2 to the north. The site is within the Eagle City Limits. (MLB) 5. RZ-8-98 - Rezone from A (A~ricuitural) to R-2 (Residential) - The Land Group: Jon Wroten, represented by Jason Pfaff with The Land Group, is requesting a rezone from A (Agricultural) to R-2 (Residential). The 45-acre site is located on thc north side of the south channel of thc Boise River approximately 1/2-mile west of Eagle Road at 799 South Charmcl Road. NOTE: This item will be continued to the City Council meeting of February 9,1999 in order to meet the required notification to property owners. B.
