June 2, 1998

1. CALL TO ORDER:
2. ROLL CALL: Bastian, Merrill, Sedlacek, Guerber. A quorum is present.
3. Bill Jarocki: BSU Environmental Finance Center, workshop on municipal water
systems.
Mayor Yzaguirre calls the meeting to order and asks Council member Sedlacek to
formally introduce Mr. Jarocki to the Council and those in attendance.
Mr. Jarocki provides all attending with a handout. The presentation is broken into four
sections including a description of the Environmental Finance Center, drinking water
system capacity, running your utility like a business, and key considerations in financial
management.
Following Mr. Jarocki's presentation, Mayor and Council participate in a round table
discussion regarding the information provided to them tonight.
4. ADJOURNMENT:
Guerber moves to adjourn. Seconded by Sedlacek. ALL AYE: MOTION
CARRIES...
Heating no further business, the Council meeting adjourned at 9:00 pm.
