SURPLUS EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, The City Clerk City of Eagle, Idaho is requesting that the following fixed
assets be surplused as the assets are no longer required to conduct City business.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Eagle,
Idaho, that the following fixed assets are deemed surplus property by the City of Eagle:
1. Richo Fax Machine—Asset#1087— Tag#1956
2. Coat Rack—Asset#918 —Tag#1770
3. Folding Table—Asset#672—Tag #1440
4. Lectern/Podium—Asset #69—Tag#None
The administrative staff of the City of Eagle, under the supervision of the City Clerk, is
authorized to take all necessary steps to carry out the authorization provided by this
Resolution.
