A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE FEE SCHEDULE ADOPTED BY RESOLUTION 11-20
FOR LAND USE PLANNING ACTIONS; TO REDUCE CERTAIN LAND USE PLANNING
FEES; AND ADOPTING A FEE SCHEDULE PURSUANT TO SECTION 1-7-4 OF THE
EAGLE CITY CODE, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the City Council recognizes that during economically challenging times fees can be
a limitation to economic development and business growth within the City of Eagle;
WHEREAS, the City Council determined that certain fees duly noticed, reviewed through a
public hearing, and adopted by Resolution 11-20 should not be increased;
WHEREAS, the City Council has taken public comment and duly notices the amending and
updating the fee schedule for land use planning actions through this resolution;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO:
Section 1: that said schedule attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this
reference, is hereby approved;
Section 2: that the Mayor and City Council are hereby authorized to execute said schedule for
and on behalf of the City of Eagle;
Section 3: that this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption and
approval.
ADOPTED by the Eagle City Council, Eagle, Idaho.
