A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, AMENDING ALLIED WASTE
SERVICES FEE SCHEDULE PURSUANT TO THE FOURTH ADDENDUM TO
WASTE COLLECTION SERVICES CONTRACT, EXHIBIT A - RATES AND
SERVICES, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Customer Rate Schedule is attached as Exhibit A (Rates and Services) to
the Fourth Addendum to Waste Collection Services Contract; and
WHEREAS, Allied Waste has made a request to the City of Eagle to provide carry-out
services for individuals with disabilities at no charge to the customer upon certification
by a customer that (i) he or she has a disability in accordance with the Americans with
Disabilities Act, and (ii) there is no other person in the household capable of moving
trash and recycling containers to the curb for recycling.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO:
Section 1: The Fourth Addendum to Waste Collection Services Contract, Exhibit A —
Rates and Services, is amended to provide a fee waiver for carry-out services for
individuals with disabilities upon certification that (i) he or she has a disability in
accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, and (ii) there is no other person in
the household capable of moving trash and recycling containers to the curb for recycling.
The Application for Disability Carry-Out Service is attached hereto as Exhibit A, and
incorporated herein by this reference as if set forth in full.
Section 2: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption
and approval.
ADOPTED by the Eagle City Council, Eagle Idaho.
