1. CALL TO ORDER:
2. ROLL CALL: Bastian, Masner, Merrill, Sedlacek. A quorum is present.
CANVAS VOTES: In accordance with Idaho Code, Section 50-467, the City Clerk is
requesting the Mayor and Council to canvas the results of the General Election. (SKS)
Mayor introduces the issue.
City Clerk: Robert V. DeShazo Jr., 441 for Mayor; Rick Yzaguirre, 1,112 for Mayor; Steve
Guerber, 2 for Mayor. Council Members: Steve Guerber, 817; Jim Heath, 544; Morgan Wayne
Masner, 657; Evelyn G. (Lynne) Sedlacek, 950; Chuck Bower, 2; Jim Arden, 1; John R.
McMillin, 1; Gary Walker, 2. The results would be Rick Yzaguirre for Mayor; Steve Guerber
and Evelyn G. (Lyune) Sedlacek for Council Members.
Bastian moves that we approve the canvas. Seconded by Masner. ALL AYE: MOTION
CARRIES ..........
