A. ACTION ITEM: Resolution No. 20-05: A Resolution of the City of Eagle, Ada County, Idaho,
declaring an emergency; authorizing the emergency expenditure of public funds under section 67-
2808(1), Idaho code; providing for related matters; and, providing an effective date.
B. ACTION ITEM: Declaration of Local Disaster Emergency: A request for the City Council to
extend the Declaration of Local Disaster Emergency past the 7-day expiration date. The
declaration was signed by the Mayor on March 16, 2020.
C. ACTION ITEM: Resolution No. 20-06: A Resolution of the City of Eagle, Ada County, Idaho
adopting the City of Eagle Infectious Disease Control Policy. A request for the City Council to
adopt the City of Eagle Infectious Disease Control Policy.
D. ACTION ITEM: Resolution No. 20-07: A Resolution of the City of Eagle, Ada County, Idaho
adopting the City of Eagle COVID-19 Emergency Response Plan. A request for the City Council
to adopt the City of Eagle COVID-19 Emergency Response Plan.
E. ACTION ITEM: Resolution No. 20-08: A Resolution of the City of Eagle, Ada County, Idaho
adopting the City of Eagle Public Library COVID-19 Emergency Response Plan. A request for
the City Council to adopt the Eagle Public Library COVID-19 Emergency Response Plan.
