A RESOLUTION OF THE EAGLE CITY COUNCIL TO REPEAL RESOLUTION NO. 01-05
ENACTING THE INITIAL BYLAWS OF THE EAGLE ARTS COMMISSION; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 01-05 was adopted by the City Council on April 24, 2001 said Resolution
enacted the initial Bylaws of the Eagle Arts Commission; and
WHEREAS, On June 23, 2009 the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 627 amending Eagle City Code
Title 2 "Eagle Arts Commission"therein incorporating the Eagle Arts Commission Bylaws into City Code;
and
WHEREAS, The City Council hereby finds that the Bylaws of the Eagle Arts Commission are no longer
necessary and that said Bylaws should be repealed.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EAGLE, IDAHO.
The Eagle City Council hereby repeals the Bylaws of the Eagle Arts Commission enacted by
Resolution No. 01-05 on the 24th day of April, 2001.
This Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption and approval.
ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Eagle, Idaho, this /e/t4 day of June, 2011.
